Do I need to provide you with all sorts of documentation, etc.?  - 

Depending on the situation, we may be able to get the information we need from customs or your suppliers.  A refund figure will be established based on a search of customs’ records for the period from 1990 through 1998.

 

I’m very busy.  How much time will it take and what do I need to do?  -

All you need to do is fill out an authorization form (call us for a fax copy).  Fax it to us at 716/834-6607, and mail us the original.  National Equity strives to keep your time and trouble to an absolute minimum.

 

How does National Equity get paid?  -

We only get paid when we get you a refund.  Our fee is 33% of whatever refund is recovered.  If there is no refund, National Equity receives nothing.
